1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the VidFlux platform (vidflux.org), our application programming interfaces (APIs), or generative video models, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Platform Description & Credits

VidFlux operates an AI generative video suite utilizing advanced diffusion architectures including ByteDance Seedance 2.5 and Seedance 2.0:

• Computational Credits: Video generations, upscaling, audio generation, and multimodal references consume GPU credits based on task complexity, resolution, and clip duration.
• Credit Expiration: Monthly plan credits refresh at each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits remain valid for 12 months from transaction date.
• Refund Policy: Due to immediate high-performance GPU compute expenditure upon task initiation, credits used for successfully completed renders are non-refundable. If a system failure or hardware crash causes an error, credits are automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

Users agree not to generate, distribute, or facilitate any of the following material:

• Non-consensual synthetic impersonation (deepfakes) of real individuals.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violent, terrorist, hateful, or abusive content inciting real-world harm.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass GPU security and billing constraints.

Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.
