- Account Credentials: Name, email address, and OAuth authentication tokens when signing in with Google or GitHub.
- Generation Inputs: Text prompts, reference images, reference audio files, video clips, and generation parameters (duration, resolution, camera controls).
- Billing Information: Payment transactions are handled securely by third-party processors (such as Stripe). VidFlux does not store full credit card numbers on our infrastructure.
- Technical Diagnostics: IP addresses, browser user-agents, device fingerprints, and interaction logs collected to prevent abuse and bot attacks.
2. How We Use Your Generation Assets
We treat your prompts and uploaded reference media with strict operational isolation:
Uploaded reference media and prompts are transmitted to GPU inference clusters exclusively to synthesize your requested video output.
Your private prompts and uploaded personal reference media are never used to train public foundation models without your explicit opt-in consent.
Generated MP4 video deliverables are stored temporarily in high-performance cloud storage and retained according to your account tier storage retention limits.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Third-Party Services
VidFlux employs first-party session cookies and industry-standard measurement tooling:
- Google Analytics 4: Measures aggregated site traffic, conversion paths, and page performance. No personally identifiable search queries or private image data are passed to Google Analytics.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: Protects our studio from automated DDoS attacks and unauthorized computational scraping without invasive CAPTCHA challenges.
4. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
Regardless of your geographic location, VidFlux guarantees the following data privacy rights:
- Right to access all stored account information and generation logs.
- Right to rectify or update incomplete profile credentials.
- Right to request immediate erasure of your account, generated videos, and uploaded assets.
- Right to export your content and billing receipts in portable formats.
